San Francisco Jewish Film Festival Presents three fabulous films about food that are sure to whet your appetite. (Don’t worry; there will be food available for purchase between the showings.)

Make Hummus Not War (1:00)
Filmmaker Trever Graham’s humorous journey takes us through the hummus bars and kitchens of Beirut, Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and New York.

Meathooked! (2:30)
This documentary about meat chronicles the rise and fall—and rise again—of butchers and butchering.

Falafel! Give Peas a Chance (3:45)
Filmmaker Ari A. Cohen leavens to the far reaches of pita heaven to discover the true potential behind the falafel sandwich and its role as a gateway to understanding age-old conflicts and finding peaceful co-existence.
